Real Madrid target Kylian Mbappe has been having it hot with PSG, since he revealed that he won’t be signing a new deal with the Parisian club.

Meanwhile, RMC Sport’s Daniel Riolo has claimed that Mbappe has decided to stay at the Parc des Princes until 2024, even if the Paris Saint-Germain board decides to bench him.

The Frenchman is ready to accept the situation, and then leave as a free agent next year.

The relationship between the player and PSG is said to be tense at the moment, and PSG want him out.

Real Madrid will also prefer to sign Mbappe as a free agent next summer.

Mbappe has no intention of leaving the Parisians this summer, and is keen on collecting the €90m loyalty bonus he is set to receive in September.

PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi, has however warned that the club won’t let Mbappe leave as a free agent.

“Our position is strong. Mbappé will not leave for free. Impossible,” PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi said at a press conference.

“The best player in the world leaving for free is not happening.

“If Kylian wants to stay, we want him to stay. But he needs to sign a new contract.”
