Kylian Mbappe is expected to move to Real Madrid, but the ‘when’ is the big news no one is sure of at the moment.
The France superstar has made it clear that he won’t be signing a new contract with PSG, and is ready to play for one more year, until the end of his contract.
PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi has been angered by Mbappe’s decision, and has vowed that Mbappe won’t be leaving for free as well.
Real Madrid would prefer Mbappe join as a free agent next summer, while PSG want a sale to happen this summer.
According to the reliable Mario Cortegana, PSG believe that Kylian Mbappe has reached a pre-agreement to join Real Madrid for free in 2024.
Mbappe has now been left out of PSG’s squad for their pre-season tour of Japan – as they send a strong message to both the player and Real Madrid that they want to sell.
However, PSG will only open their doors to suitors for Mbappe on August 1st when their July 31st deadline for him to sign a new contract has expired.
PSG have offered the striker to several clubs as well, and Saudi Arabia side Al Hilal are believed to be interested in the player.
