Former PSG coach and midfielder Luis Fernandez has said that Kylian Mbappe has been affected by the current situation, and believes the 24-year-old will leave this summer.
PSG want to sell Mbappe this summer, and have accepted a world record €300m offer from Saudi side Al Hilal.
Speaking about Mbappe’s situation, former coach Luis Fernandez told Cadena SER: “Mbappé is very affected, he is not well. With this situation, I see him outside…
“PSG is putting pressure on the player to decide whether to stay or go. They want to show that they are in control of the team.
“PSG fans are very disappointed with Mbappé. He has been at PSG for four years, but has not won the Champions League. Barça is going through a difficult moment. It is a rumour to put pressure on.
“I don’t think PSG will be able to put Kylian away in the stands. The rest of the group, if that happens, will see it and notice it.
“If I see him in Madrid? It is a situation that must be unblocked. To replace him, I don’t see much in Joao Félix. (Harry) Kane suits me much more as a signing for PSG.”
