It was first feared that Arda Guler was going to be out for a long time, after sustaining a knee injury.

The 18-year-old is highly rated, and sealed a summer transfer from Turkish side, Fenerbahce.

According to report from The Athletic’s Mario Cortegena, Arda Guler has finished the first part of the treatment on his knee injury.

Arda Guler is reportedly feeling good after the first treatment, and will continue working on his rehabilitation.

If the youngster continues to respond well to treatment, then Real Madrid could be allowed to rule out surgery.

This would mean that the 18-year-old wonderkid could be back sooner than expected.
