Real Madrid have beaten Bayern Munich to the signing of Kepa Arrizabalaga.
Madrid and Bayern Munich were both in contention for the Chelsea goalkeeper, but the Los Blancos have now won the race for the Spaniard.
It will be a loan deal for Kepa, following the injury to Thibaut Courtois.
Fabrizio Romano confirmed in a tweet: “Kepa to Real Madrid, here we go! Loan deal verbally agreed between Real and Chelsea, no obligation/permanent move for Spanish goalkeeper.
“Kepa immediately said yes to Real after talks with Bayern over the last 3/4 days. He already said goodbye, ready to travel.”
Courtois is expected to be out until towards the end of the season.
