PSG have now decided to soften their stance on Kylian Mbappe, after shutting the star out of the dressing room and training ground.

PSG have released a club statement, thus: “Following very constructive, positive talks between the club and Kylian Mbappe before the game vs Lorient, the player has been reinstated into first team training squad this morning.”

PSG have managed to re-establish contact with Mbappe, and have had talks with Mbappe’s entourage over a way forward.

Although, the 24-year-old still intends to fulfill his current deal with PSG which expires next summer and then leave the club.

PSG are considering to offer him a new contract with an ‘exit clause’ which would allow him to leave PSG at a certain moment while his contract is still in effect.

On Saturday, Mbappe watched on in the VIP lounge at Parc des Princes as PSG took on Lorient in Ligue 1. He also paid a visit to the players in the dressing room.
