Real Madrid have been linked with a move for a new right-back before the end of the summer transfer window.

One of the names linked with the club is Jeremie Frimpong of Bayer Leverkusen.

Frimpong has been impressive for the German Bundesliga side, and he may be keen on joining Real Madrid as well.

During one of his latest interview, Frimpong was asked if he would like to play alongside Vinicius Jr one day, to which he responded:

“Oh yes, of course I would love to. He is a great player. Who knows..maybe one day it will happen.”

Frimpong was very impressive as he bagged a total of 9 goals and 11 assists in 48 appearances for Bayer Leverkusen.

Frimpong’s current market value stands at €40m. His Leverkusen deal expires in 2025.
