Real Madrid signed Jude Bellingham over the summer for a fee of €103m – a record signing for the club.

The previous holder of the record was Eden Hazard. Unfortunately, Hazard failed to live up to expectations at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Jude Bellingham has started his Real Madrid career excellently, and has scored three goals in his first two games for the club.

There had been fears whether Bellingham will be worth his €103m price tag, but the 20-year-old is looking worth every penny.

Surprisingly, Bellingham is now one goal away from catching up with Hazard’s tally in the La Liga.

Hazard managed to score four league goals in his four years at Madrid, and Bellingham is just a goal short of it, with two man of the match appearances.
