Real Madrid midfielder Toni Kroos has slammed young midfielder Gabri Veiga over his imminent move to Al-Ahli.

Veiga who has his career ahead of him, following a sensational last season, is now set to join the bandwagon of footballers moving to the Saudi Pro League for a major pay-out.

The 21-year-old was brilliant for Celta last season, and was linked with a number of top clubs who were interested in his signature.

Al-Ahli have now matched Veiga’s €35m buyout clause, and a transfer is imminent.
