We are just a few days away from the close of the summer transfer window.

Carlo Ancelotti has said that Real Madrid won’t be signing any new player this summer, having already signed up Jude Bellingham, Joselu and Fran Garcia.

However, Real Madrid’s injury woes should make the club to reconsider, as Vinicius Jr have now gotten injured.

The Brazilian was forced off the pitch in the 18th minute of the game against Celta Vigo.

Vinicius picked up a hamstring injury so early in the game, and had to be replaced by Joselu.

Real Madrid may be strong in other departments, but the attack is lightweight. Rodrygo and Vinicius Jr can’t play every game, and Joselu doesn’t look too suited to Carlo Ancelotti’s 4-4-2 system.

With the injury to Vinicius, Ancelotti only has Rodrygo and Joselu as his main choices in attack, and this calls for concern.

The club board is waiting to sign Kylian Mbappe next summer, but this season may be a disaster if care isn’t taken.
