Eden Hazard’s time at Real Madrid has come to an end, after four years at the club.

Hazard had his contract terminated at the end of last season, as the club decided to part ways with the Belgian who underperformed largely all through his time at the Los Blancos.

According to Marca, Hazard remains in Madrid where his family is based, and one of his children plays for the Real Madrid academy.

Hazard was linked with a move to the Premier League over the summer, and there were also rumours of a move to Saudi Arabia. However, none of that happened.

Hazard remains without a club, and rumours now claim of a possible retirement as the next step for Hazard.

Hazard was accused of being overweight at Real Madrid, and in a new documentary on the Belgian national team, he began to make it clear that the end of his career could be coming soon, by saying: “It’s time to enjoy life by drinking a few beers.”
