Real Madrid sealed the signing of Turkish talent Arda Guler during the summer transfer window.
However, the youngster is yet to make his Los Blancos debut.
The 18-year-old joined Real Madrid from Fenerbahce for a fee of €20m, and Real Madrid fans are still waiting for their first glimpse of the summer signing.
Guler picked up a knee injury in pre-season, and is yet to kick a ball for Real Madrid.
While carrying an injury, he travelled with the rest of the squad on the summer tour of the United States and was an unused substitute for the friendly wins over both AC Milan and Manchester United.
He was eventually sent back to Spain for treatment on the meniscus problem in his right knee. The youngster then underwent knee surgery in mid-August.
Reports now claim that Guler is ahead of schedule and is targeting the end of September for his return to action for his debut.
According to Mundo Deportivo, the club is targeting 27 September when the club is due to face Las Palmas at the Bernabeu in La Liga for a potential debut.
However, Guler won’t be rushed upon his return.
