It’s been over a month since Vinicius Jr was in action for Real Madrid.

The Brazilian picked up a hamstring injury back in August, in the La Liga clash against Celta Vigo.

Now back in training, reports as at yesterday claimed that Vinicius may not make the team for the Atletico Madrid derby.

However, Carlo Ancelotti has now confirmed that the Brazilian will be in the squad for Atletico Madrid clash.

Ancelotti said: “Vini will be in the squad for Atletico [game]. We will decide tomorrow if he starts or not.

“He has 100% recovered. He would not be in the squad for the game tomorrow, otherwise.”
