Real Madrid got an easy win against Las Palmas, as the Los Blancos won the tie 2-0.

One player who was surprisingly left on the bench is Jude Bellingham.

Bellingham has been the star of the team so far, but was left on the bench all through against Las Palmas.

Explaining his decision, Carlo Ancelotti revealed that the 20-year-old complained to him of being tired.

“Bellingham told me he was tired. We don’t want to take any risks,” Carlo Ancelotti told the media after Real Madrid beat Las Palmas 2-0.

“They [Bellingham and Modric] were both tired. I preferred to rest them.”

Jude Bellingham nor Luka Modric didn’t start the game, and were left on the bench all through the game.

The duo will be ready to face Girona away from home on Saturday.
