Real Madrid attacker Vinicius Jr has agreed to sign a new long-term contract with the club.

Although not yet made official, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has claimed that the Brazilian’s new deal is now ‘101% sealed’ after all the necessary agreements were met.

Real Madrid are expected to announce the deal before the end of the month.

Vinicius Jr ’s current contract was due to expire in 2024, and there was a need to renew his deal, else he’d become a free agent at the end of the season.

The 23-year-old has always wanted to stay at Real Madrid, and recently professed love for the club.
