Real Madrid legend Karim Benzema has been accused of terrorism, amid the ongoing war between Israel and Palestine.

French politician Eric Zemmour linking the former Real Madrid striker with the murder of Dominique Bernard (in a terrorist attack).

This comes after Benzema had given his support to the Palestinian people and more particularly to the victims of the bombings in Gaza.

“All our prayers for the inhabitants of Gaza who are once again victims of these unjust bombings which spare no women or children”, he said.

However, Zemmour described Benzema as an extremist on television and went as far as alleging that the former French international had knowledge of some high-profile assassinations. 

Karim Benzema has confirmed he will file a lawsuit against the politician.
