Real Madrid get point from difficult Sevilla clash

Real Madrid could only get a point away at the Estadio Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan Stadium.

Real Madrid got off to an early start with Federico Valverde scoring in fourth minute, but it was ruled out for offside.

Sevilla then grew unto the game and created a good number of dangerous chances, with Dani Carvajal even having a clearance on the line.

Real Madrid were very lucky to end the first-half without conceding, but the second-half didn’t start any better.

Both sides continued to create chances until Marcus Acuna forced an own goal off David Alaba in the 74th minute.

Dani Carvajal headed home after four minutes, to level the scores.

The game would end 1-1, with Real Madrid still sure of top spot, with 25 points from 10 games.
