It was a feisty encounter between Real Madrid and Sevilla at the Estadio Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan Stadium, and former Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos was indeed at the heat of things for Sevilla.
The match saw 7 yellow cards, including one for Sergio Ramos. The 37-year-old was also involved in a heated bust-up with Antonio Rudiger.
At the end of the first half, Sergio tugged at Rudiger’s beard during the bust-up, and the German responded with a smile, as if to say ‘I understand your game’.
Many have been wondering what was said between the two.
See their conversation below:
“See you outside… look, I’m trembling with fear,” Sergio Ramos told Antonio Rudiger during their bust-up.
“See you there,” Rudiger replied, laughing in the Spaniard’s face.
According to a report by El Mundo, Ramos went straight to the Madrid’s locker room after the game. But it wasn’t to cause problems, but to rather see old friends.
Ramos reportedly spent 45 minutes talking to his old friends there.
After the game, Ramos posted a pic of himself with Toni Kroos and Luka Modric.
“Miss u Brothers!!” Sergio Ramos wrote on Instagram.
