Real Madrid striker Joselu missed the entirety of the Champions League clash against Braga.

Joselu was part of the travelling squad, but didn’t start or come in as a substitute.

While the Real Madrid players battled hard to beat Braga 2-1 away from home, Joselu remained in his hotel room down with flu.

According to COPE, the Spaniard had a terrible night as he kept vomiting in his room.

Reports claim Carlo Ancelotti had intended to start Joselu alongside Vinicius Jr in attack, but the 33-year-old missed the game through illness.

Hopefully, he should be ready for the weekend clash against Barcelona.
