Real Madrid veteran midfielder Luka Modric has run out of superlatives for Jude Bellingham.

The summer signing has been incredible for Real Madrid, and then scored a brace to help beat Barcelona on Saturday, including a wonder strike from outside the box.

“I don’t know how to explain Jude,” he said. “It seems like he’s been here for a long time, not just three months. He’s fallen on his feet, as you say in Spain.

“He’s starting off well because of his performance, his personality and how he is as a boy. It’s not a coincidence, because he’s a top kid and an extraordinary talent. He doesn’t even believe the goals he’s scored and now he can’t stop.”

Vinicius Jr also said of Bellingham: “He’s unbelievable. He always makes a difference. There are a lot of young players here and we spend a lot of time together on and off the pitch. It brings the team together and gives us a better chance of winning a lot of things this season.”
