Real Madrid midfielder Jude Bellingham appeared to have pick up a shoulder injury early in the game against Rayo Vallecano.
This happened after a Rayo player accidentally fell on the Real Madrid midfielder.
Bellingham was on the pitch for the entirety of the game, after being attended to by the medical team, as his shoulder was heavily strapped at the interval.
Speaking after the game, Carlo Ancelotti couldn’t confirm if all was going to be well with Bellingham, but remained optimistic nevertheless.
Carlo Ancelotti said post-match: “Bellingham has a problem with his shoulder. He will undergo medical tests tomorrow. I hope he can play on Wednesday against Braga.
“I don’t think it’s going to be anything serious.”
Jude Bellingham has been Real’s best player this season, with 13 goals and three assists in 14 appearances for Madrid so far this season. He had a good game against Rayo, but it just wasn’t his day.
