Real Madrid star Vinicius Jr suffered an injury while playing for Brazil in their 2-1 defeat to Colombia in a World Cup qualifier.

The Real Madrid star had to be substituted after just 28 minutes after picking up a leg injury.

The injury is the second knock Vinicius has sustained this campaign. He injured the same leg against Celta Vigo in August, and was out of action for a month as a result.

There is no update on the severity of Vinicius’ injury, but Brazil boss Fernando Diniz will likely offer more insight in the days to come.
