Barcelona striker Robert Lewandowski had warned Jude Bellingham that he has plenty of time to catch up with the in-form Real Madrid midfielder in the top scorer’s race.

On Bellingham’s top position this season, Lewandowski had said: “The season is long. It is very difficult to score many goals in the league, but we are Barcelona and we want to win and achieve many goals.”

After all said and done, Lewandowski didn’t score over the weekend, as Barcelona managed to play a 1-1 draw with Rayo Vallecano.

Jude Bellingham however was on fire for Real Madrid, and fired in a sweet goal as he continues his hot run of scoring form, in Real’s 3-0 victory over Cadiz.
