Jose Mourinho had said last week that ‘only a madman’ would leave Real Madrid if still wanted at the club.
The Portuguese has urged Carlo Ancelotti to stay in his position. Reports claim Ancelotti has an eye on the Brazilian national team job.
Speaking in an interview with DSport, Ancelotti tended to agree with Mourinho.
“I feel very good at Real Madrid,” the Real Madrid boss said, as quoted by Marca.
“From the future what has to happen will happen. I do not I am in a hurry, I am very happy and focused on the games that we have to play and try to do the best we can.
“Only a madman would like to leave Madrid.
“Listen to Mourinho. If he is an Ancelotista I am a Mourinhista. We have a great relationship. We also have a link at Roma, I was a captain [at Roma] and I have memories fantastic of that time.”
