Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has hailed Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti among the Greatest Managers of All Time in football.

The Italian is the only manager in Europe to win the League in each of Europe’s big five leagues — La Liga, Premier League, Bundesliga, Ligue 1 and Serie A.

He also has the most Champions League wins, and has achieved success with various top clubs across Europe over the last three decades.

Speaking in his chat with Goal, Arteta said: “Ancelotti? I will put him in the GOAT category of managers.

“He’s done it in many different countries with very different cultures and types of clubs and different types of owners. For me, he’s got it all.”
