Jude Bellingham has often bailed the team this season with his goals.

The 20-year-old is Real Madrid’s top scorer this season with 17 goals in all competitions, and is also the League’s top scorer with 13 goals.

Ancelotti has however defended Bellingham, as he couldn’t come up with a goal against Mallorca.

“You shouldn’t be surprised that he [Bellingham] doesn’t score goals. That’s not his job,” Carlo Ancelotti told the media after the 1-0 win against Mallorca.

The Englishman put in a good shift nevertheless, as he covered plenty of distance, had one big chance, won 7 out of his 10 ground duels, drew 2 fouls and also contributed defensively.
