Real Madrid midfielder Eduardo Camavinga picked up an injury during Real Madrid’s 3-1 Copa del Rey win against Arandina on Saturday.
Camavinga was eventually replaced by Rodrygo shortly before the hour mark.
However, Carlo Ancelotti has said that the injury is not serious and the Frenchman will be available against Atletico in the Super Cup.
“He had a knock on his back in the first half,” Ancelotti said after the game.
“It was bothering him a little bit, but his knee is fine. He’s back, he’s fine and he’ll be available for the next games.”
The Italian also shared positive injury news on Ferland Mendy: “Mendy also returns tomorrow and will be available for the Super Cup. My job is to choose the best 11 to win every match.”
