Former Real Madrid captain Marcelo, is the latest to speak highly of Jude Bellingham.
Marcelo is in Riyadh to see his former teammates, as Real take part in the Spanish Super Cup playoff being hosted in Saudi Arabia this week.
The veteran left-back spoke highly of the current team and also his time at the club, which saw him win numerous titles, including 5 Supercopa trophies.
Marcelo told Real Madrid TV: “I see the team very well. A great job is always done in Madrid. It is now playing in the Spanish Super Cup and I wish then luck. I hope they win it.
“Thanks to Real Madrid I have been able to get five. Playing for Real Madrid has always been wonderful. I have been playing in the Club World Cup in Saudi Arabia with Fluminense.
“I just spoke with the players and I see them very well and motivated for this tournament.”
Speaking on Jude Bellingham, he added: “He (Jude Bellingham) is my son Liam’s idol and he wanted to take a photo with him. I see him very well. He has had a very good start. We know that at Real Madrid we always have to improve but his start is tremendous, almost unbeatable.”
