Real Madrid humbled Barcelona in the Spanish Super Cup final.

It was an easy win for Madrid, as the Los Blancos won the tie 4-1. Real were even 2-0 ahead after ten minutes, and 3-1 at half-time.

Games between the two teams have had massive tension over the years, with a defeat leaving a bitter taste always.

However, Real Madrid star Federico Valverde said the Barcelona players were well-behaved after suffering a 4-1 Supercopa final defeat to their arch-rivals on Sunday.

Valverde said: “Barca players behaved very well after they lost, fair play to them.”
