Real Madrid have been unable to have a regular number one shot-stopper, in the absence of the injured Thibaut Courtois.
When asked about what he feels about the debate on who should be Real Madrid’s regular goalkeeper among Andriy Lunin and Kepa Arrizabalaga, Carlo Ancelotti said: “There is no such thing as immaculate goalkeepers.
“The debate is outside and I listen to it but there is no debate here. There is no internal debate. I accept the outside debate, but I’m the one who chooses the goalkeeper.”
Lunin has kept five clean sheets in 12 appearances for Madrid this season, while Kepa has kept seven clean sheets in 16 appearances.
