Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti revealed after Real Madrid’s 3-2 comeback victory over Almería that he got his starting lineup wrong.

According to Ancelotti, he didn’t realise some of the players that started against Almería were tired and needed to rest.

Ancelotti said: “It’s my fault. We didn’t realise the players were tired. We did a wrong evaluation.

“It’s been a weird game. We were very bad in the 1st half. I was wrong because the XI I chose… the players were tired.”
