Real Madrid player got headbutted on Sunday. See what happened

An incident happened with Real Madrid youngster Iker Bravo over the weekend.

Bravo was reportedly assaulted at the end of an Under-19s match, as Real Madrid’s Juvenil A side visited Rayo Majadahonda on Sunday.

Bravo helped his side to a 4-2 win but was abused from the stands throughout the match.

Spanish outlet Revelo, claims Bravo was branded a “clown” amongst other insults.

Tensions were high during the match and it boiled over after the final whistle.

Bravo was reportedly attacked and headbutted by an unnamed assailant, as he made his way back to the team coach alongside his team-mates.

Manager Alvaro Arbeloa and members of his staff were forced to intervene and were able to de-escalate the situation.

Iker Bravo, is a 19-year-old striker from Spain, is currently with Real Madrid U19, having joined the team in 2023. Born in Sant Cugat del Vallès, Spain, his parent club is Bayer Leverkusen.

Bravo has an impressive football journey, having started at CFA Espluguenc before moving to FC Barcelona’s La Masia at the age of five, where he stayed until 2021.

Following his time at Barcelona, he moved to Bayer 04 Leverkusen. His contract with Real Madrid U19 is set to expire on June 30, 2024, and there’s an option to buy included in his contract.
