Real Madrid youngster Arda Guler is struggling to find game time at Real Madrid.

Arda Guler is yet to start a game in the La Liga, and played just 11 minutes in Real Madrid’s last game against Rayo Vallecano.

The young midfielder is still yet to receive more than 20 minutes per match, apart from the Copa del Rey clash against Arandina, where he lasted 58 minutes.

Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti has tried to explain why Arda Guler isn’t getting many minutes.

“Why is it difficult for Arda Guler to receive game time?” Carlo Ancelotti was asked.

“It’s a question of competition with the other players. He is very young, he has to be patient, but he has the level to start games,” the boss responded.

Guler getting injured in pre-season, also stalled the Guler’s development at the club.
