Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti has assured that Antonio Rudiger will be back in the starting line-up when Sevilla visit the Santiago Bernabeu on Sunday.

The German missed the 1-1 draw with Rayo Vallecano last time out, but resumed group training earlier this week, and hasn’t suffered any relapse.

“He [Rudiger] feels very good and will start [against Sevilla],” Carlo Ancelotti told the media.

“Tchouameni has done very well, but Antonio is back and that gives us confidence.”

Antonio Rudiger will likely start alongside Nacho on Sunday, while Aurelien Tchouameni may move back to the midfield role.

Rudiger has been a key figure for Real Madrid this season, especially in the absence of David Alaba and Eder Militao.
