Real Madrid vs Manchester City: Supercomputer predicts what will happen

Real Madrid play a crucial Champions League quarter-final clash with Manchester City on Tuesday night.

The Los Blancos will host this tie at the Santiago Bernabeu, as both sides meet for the third season in a row.

Opta’s supercomputer The Analyst is backing Manchester City to beat Real Madrid in their Champions League quarter-final.

The algorithm predicts that Man City will win the clash at 60.4%. Meanwhile, Real Madrid have just a 39.96% chance of going through.

Interestingly, the supercomputer rightly predicted that Man City would beat Real Madrid in the semi-final last season. Manchester City went on to beat Inter Milan in the final to win their first ever Champions League trophy.

Real Madrid fans can only hope the supercomputer is wrong this time.

Real Madrid have the advantage, having had nine days to prepare for this game.
