Real Madrid have labelled tonight’s game against Manchester City as a must-win game.

The Los Blancos are seeking revenge from last season, which saw Manchester City beat Real Madrid 4-0 at the Etihad Stadium, and 5-1 on aggregate.

Real Madrid have been granted a special request to close the roof top of the Santiago Bernabeu for tonight’s Champions League quarter-final clash against Manchester City.

Closing the roof would ensure that the noise made by the 85,000,000 supporters will stay trapped in the stadium.

The 14-time European Cup winners want a revenge of last season’s semi-final at the Etihad Stadium.

Real Madrid were blown away in the second leg against Manchester City last season, with Carlo Ancelotti admitting that his players froze at the Etihad.

Madrid want to recreate a similar atmosphere in order to give themselves the best chance ahead of their trip to Manchester.

Real Madrid made renovations worth €1billion to their famous home ground, Santiago Bernabeu.

UEFA have granted Madrid’s request, to close the roof, and we now expect a noisy atmosphere at the Santiago Bernabeu.
