Carlo Ancelotti was a happy man, as he oversaw his Real Madrid team beat Alaves 5-0 at the Santiago Bernabeu on Tuesday.

Jude Bellingham scored the opener, Vinicius bagged a brace, with Federico Valverde and Arda Guler also getting on the scoresheet.

Arda Guler came on for Eduardo Camavinga just after the hour mark, and scored the fifth goal for Real Madrid.

Arda Guler has now bagged four goals for Real Madrid this season, and drew praise from Carlo Ancelotti.

“The squad love Arda Guler very much. We are very happy that he’s here,” Carlo Ancelotti told the media after the 5-0 win against Alaves.

“He has a gift – he scores goals even when he doesn’t deserve it, because the ball is in love with Arda,” the Italian added, laughing.

19-year-old Guler also boasts the best goal-per-minute rate in the La Liga this season.
