3 Real Madrid players get end-of-season award nomination

Three Real Madrid players have been shortlisted for the La Liga end-of-season award.

Jude Bellingham, Vinicius Jr and Rodrygo have all gotten nominated for award.

Bellingham and Vinicius Jr are among 10 players nominated for the La Liga Player of the Year award. 

Also up for the award are Robert Lewandowski, Antoine Griezmann and Artem Dobvyk.

Jude Bellingham is a strong contender after enjoying a strong start to the campaign. He has scored 19 goals in the La Liga this season.

Vinicius Jr is another strong contender, and has bagged 15 goals and 5 assists in the La Liga league this season.

Rodrygo did not make the senior category, but has been nominated for the Best U23 Player of the Season award where he will be up against Barcelona’s Lamine Yamal and Pau Cubarsi amongst others.

Also nominated for an award is Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti, who has been selected as one of the five managers for the Best Coach award.

Ancelotti will face competition from Michel, Marcelino, Diego Simeone and Ernesto Valverde.

The awards will be handed out in Sardinia, Italy, on May 28.
