Over the years, we’ve seen the likes of Luis Figo and Ronaldo Nazario make the switch from Barcelona to Real Madrid.

However, Barcelona winger Lamine Yamal has made the bold remark that he’d never sign for Real Madrid, Barcelona’s biggest rival.

“I will never sign for Real Madrid,” Barcelona star boy Lamine Yamal has told the media.

Lamine Yamal was responding to the question asked him by Spanish journalists ahead of Spain’s Euro quarter-final against Germany on Friday.

Meanwhile, former Barcelona president Joan Gaspert has said he rates Barcelona winger Lamine Yamal as high as Kylian Mbappe.

El Chiringuito TV asked Joan Gaspert: “I am Florentino Perez [Real Madrid president] and I tell you ‘President Gaspart, I will give you [Kylian] Mbappe and you give me Lamine Yamal.’ What would you say?”

Gaspart did not hesitate, as he replied; “No. Not me. A swap? Yamal is neither better nor worse, he is different.

“For some, he’s better and for others, he’s not,” Gaspart added.
