Real Madrid snapped up Kylian Mbappe on a free transfer at the end of last season, and he’s now set to be unveiled on July 16.
Real Madrid have announced the new squad numbers for the 2024/25 campaign, and there have been quite some changes.
Kylian Mbappe will wear the no.9 shirt next season, which was vacated by Karim Benzema.
Following Toni Kroos’ retirement, his no.8 shirt will be taken by Federico Valverde.
Aurelien Tchouameni will be take over the no.14 from Valverde, while Eduardo Camavinga will take up the no.6 jersey.
Arda Guler will be given the no.15 shirt, having worn the no.24 shirt last season.
Defender Jesus Vallejo will take up the no.18 shirt from Tchouameni for the upcoming campaign.
