Veteran midfielder Luka Modric has signed a new deal with Real Madrid.

Modric has extended his stay at the Santiago Bernabeu until June 2025.

Modric who will turn 39 in September, will play for the Los Blancos until he’s nearly 40.

“My home. My club. Happy to continue playing for the best club in the world. Hala Madrid,” Modric wrote as he announced the deal.

Toni Kroos has since announced his retirement, while Nacho will be moving to Saudi Arabia.
