Chelsea are pushing to sign Real Madrid goalkeeper Andriy Lunin.

Chelsea want to let go of Kepa Arrizabalaga who spent last season on loan with Real Madrid.

Although Chelsea have two goalkeepers in Djordje Petrovic and Roberto Sanchez, they are still looking for a first choice goalkeeper.

According to Alberto Pereiro of Onda Cero, Chelsea are reportedly close to signing Andriy Lunin, the Ukrainian goalkeeper from Real Madrid.

Andriy Lunin was top-class for Real Madrid last season, and played a key role as Real Madrid went on to win the La Liga and Champions League.

Despite Lunin’s strong performances last season, Real Madrid are willing to let him go, as the Ukrainian wouldn’t want to continue as second choice goalkeeper.

Real Madrid will continue to rely on Thibaut Courtois and potentially sign Kepa Arrizabalaga if Lunin departs, the report claims.
