There seems to be a lot of attention on Real Madrid star Kylian Mbappe.
It hasn’t been a rosy start for the France superstar at Real Madrid, as he hasn’t fit into the team alongside Vinicius Jr.
However, Carlo Ancelotti has backed the summer signing from PSG to come good.
“Mbappe is training well and is going through a difficult time, like all of us,” Ancelotti said.
“If you’re smart, you can turn challenges into opportunities. This requires concentration and the right attitude, and that’s how we should approach it.”
Ancelotti also insisted that Mbappe’s struggles reflect a team-wide issue, and not the player.
“The problem Mbappe faces is everyone’s problem – he’s not at his best right now,” he said.
“But he should see this as a chance to become better. I’m convinced he’ll overcome it, just like Vinicius, Rodrygo, Bellingham, and myself.”
Mbappe was surprisingly excluded from France squad for upcoming international games.
When asked about Mbappe’s recent exclusion from the French squad, Ancelotti said: “That’s Deschamps’ decision, and I’m not here to judge it.”
