Kylian Mbappe had a difficult game against Liverpool, and it got worse for the Frenchman as he missed a penalty in the second-half against the Reds.
Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti offered full support for Kylian Mbappe, who missed a penalty during the game.
“Mbappe has all of our support, and he will soon turn the situation around,” said Ancelotti. “He’s an extraordinary player. We must be patient. He’s doing well and adapting well. We are with him.”
Jude Bellingham also addressed Kylian Mbappe’s missed penalty, and dismissed the idea that Mbappe’s miss was the key factor in the defeat.
He said, “Mbappe penalty? It happens.
“The penalty miss is not the reason we lost. We weren’t good enough as a collective, they played better.”
Dani Ceballos said: “Kylian trains a lot, even though things are not going well. It is difficult to join a club like Real Madrid and work from the start. We are convinced that he will do great things at this club.”
Former Real Madrid winger, Gareth Bale said: “On his day, Kylian Mbappé is the best player in the world. It’s just a matter of time before he turns it around.”
