Carlo Ancelotti is known for his calm personality even when things aren’t working.

However, former Real Madrid star Predrag Mijatovic, has told Carlo Ancelotti that he needs to be angry, as the team is currently struggling.

He said: “He has doubts, and I have the feeling that he wants to please everyone.

“[He] doesn’t want to make people angry, and at Madrid right now, the way the squad is, I think that a conflict, an anger, one of these things, could even benefit the atmosphere.

“We know he’s a pacifist, but now Madrid need an Ancelotti who gets angry and sends – I don’t want to say it – someone to hell. [He should] see how the team reacts.

“Things worked until a year ago, but as everything evolves, now maybe some anger and conflict can give something different because Madrid needs something different.”
