Former Real Madrid midfielder, Isco, was the star of the show as Real Betis defeated Real Madrid 2-1.
Isco shunned his former allegiance as he tormented Real Madrid in their game against Betis on Saturday. The Spanish international gave an assist and scored the winner in Betis’ 2-1 win.
When Isco scored his penalty during the game, he celebrated wildly and even did a knee slide.
However, the former Madrid star has now apologised to Madridistas for doing that.
“I apologised to the Madrid fans, with this [🙏],” Isco told La Liga TV after the game.
“I always have Real Madrid in my heart, and I’m grateful for having helped me fulfil all the dreams I had.”
