Real Madrid secured another important victory, and Carlo Ancelotti was full of praise for two standout performers after the game against Leganes—Arda Güler and Kylian Mbappé.

Young Turkish talent Arda Güler once again demonstrated why he is considered one of the most exciting prospects in football. The 20-year-old showcased his exceptional technical ability, linking play effortlessly and winning a crucial penalty for Los Blancos. His composure on the ball and vision were evident throughout his 61 minutes on the pitch, which earned him the praise of his manager.

“Arda Güler has shown his qualities. He has great ball control. He reads the game very well,” Ancelotti said post-match, acknowledging the midfielder’s growing influence.

Güler’s performance was backed by impressive statistics. He completed 43 out of 46 passes (93%), maintained a perfect record with 5/5 long balls (100%), won all three of his duels (100%), and created four chances—further underlining his impact.

Ancelotti also reserved special praise for match-winner Kylian Mbappé, who once again proved to be the difference-maker for Real Madrid.

“Mbappé is more active in the game and makes the difference, and that’s what we want from him,” the Italian tactician said.

With Güler continuing to develop into a key player and Mbappé delivering match-winning moments, Real Madrid fans have plenty to be excited about as the season progresses.
