English pundit Chris Sutton believes that Arsenal have the potential to overcome Real Madrid in the Champions League.

Both teams will meet in the quarterfinals of the Champions League, with the matches scheduled for April 8 and 16.

For Sutton, Real Madrid are beatable.

“I think Arsenal fans are clutching at straws if they believe the team is still in the race for the Premier League title. They’ll focus on Real Madrid – and I believe Real are a beatable opponent for Arsenal. Everyone will probably consider Real Madrid the favorite, given they have many talented players, but Arsenal are capable of beating Madrid in a two-legged tie.

“I’m sure of that, just like I’m sure they won’t overtake Liverpool at this stage,” said the former Chelsea striker.
