Real Madrid have sent their a congratulatoy message to Barcelona for winning the La Liga for the 2024-25 season.

Barcelona were confirmed champions after a 2-0 victory against Espanyol made it impossible for Madrid to catch up with their rivals, with two games to go.

Madrid congratulated Barca with a simple message on X: “Congratulations FC Barcelona for winning La Liga 2024-2025.”

Barcelona have won their 28th La Liga title, while Real Madrid have 36 La Liga titles to their name.
