Carlo Ancelotti may be one with a calm demeanour at all times, but the Italian has admitted that the hot seat at Real Madrid isn’t an easy one.

Carlo Ancelotti who has managed Real Madrid over two spells, has admitted he’s at the best club in the world, but the suffering at Real Madrid is also higher.

“I am in the best club in the world, but the suffering is greater than the happiness because there are many situations that you have to improve,” Ancelotti told reporters.

“Even when you’re winning there are people who are not happy, a player who does not play, etc…and all this affects your happiness.

“Happiness can be shared with others, but suffering cannot.”
